Are Experts on Care Transformation Studio vetted?

The Care Transformation Studio employs a multi-tiered vetting process for Experts on our platform. This ensures quality and relevance across various levels of expertise.

The vetting levels are as follows:

- Basic Level: All listed Experts undergo a review of their education and experience by our staff to ensure alignment with the Studio's mission and goals.

- Featured Experts: Recognized leaders in their specific areas of expertise.Panel Experts: Specialists selected for their in-depth knowledge on specific topics.

- User-Rated: All Experts receive ratings from users, providing an additional layer of vetting.

- Studio Verified: The highest level of vetting, achieved through collaboration between the Expert and our staff.

Our team is committed to supporting Experts in advancing through these vetting levels, enhancing the overall quality of expertise available on the platform. If you have any questions about our vetting process or wish to improve your Expert status, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Why are some experts nationally recognized while others do not have the same level of credentials?

The Care Transformation Studio is designed to showcase a diverse range of healthcare professionals. We intentionally feature both nationally recognized experts and emerging talents with valuable expertise, skills, and experience.

Our platform allows these professionals to promote their content and services, regardless of their current level of recognition. While some experts on CTS are already influential voices in their fields, others are the rising stars and future leaders of healthcare transformation. The nurse with three years of frontline hospital-at-home experience may provide insights just as valuable as those from a widely recognized expert, depending on your specific needs.

Who sets the fees for services on the Care Transformation Studio?

The Expert or Organization providing the service—consult, learning event, etc.—sets the fees for the services they provide.

How do I schedule an Expert’s time for a consult?

Go to the Expert’s profile and click the button, “Schedule a Consult”.

You select the amount of time you need and then will be directed to the Expert’s calendar where you will select a specific time slot. The consult will be added to the Expert’s calendar and your calendar.

Finally, you pay for the time using a credit card and complete a brief form providing information about you and what you want to discuss. When you click to finalize the scheduling, like all online purchases, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions for the consult.

How do I hire an Expert for an interim or fractional engagement?

Go to the Expert’s profile and click the button for either “Hire as Interim” or “Hire as Fractional”.

Complete and submit the form and a Care Transformation Studio representative will get back to you with details to complete the process.

What are the options for paying an Expert?

For consults and learning events, you pay with a credit card online when you schedule.

For Interim and fractional engagements, you will have the option of paying by credit card, bank transfer, or receive an invoice.

Can I get a refund for a consultation?

You can cancel and receive a full refund up until 5 days before the scheduled start of a consult.

What happens if I am late or am unable to make a Brief Consult?

Unless you have canceled at least 5 days before the scheduled time, no refund will be provided if you do not show for a consult.

Experts are asked to remain in the session for 10 minutes and after that may leave and they will receive the full fee for the consult.

Do I have an opportunity to rate an Expert?

Yes, you will be asked to rate the expert following each consult and interim or fractional engagement.

How do Brief Consults differ from an Interim or Fractional engagement?

Brief Consults are generally 15, 30, or 60 minutes and are scheduled and paid for on the platform.

Interim and Fractional engagements are initiated by completing a form on the platform and then a Studio representative will work with you and the Expert to customize an agreement for the engagement.

What happens if I want to directly engage an Expert for consults, training programs, interim or fractional engagements, or full time employment outside the platform?

When you and the Expert register, you both agree that for a period of 12 months following your initial consult, that you will not directly engage the Expert.

We will release you from this restriction on directly engaging the Expert for consultations, interim or fractional engagements, or fulltime employment with the payment of a one-time fee of $10,000.

How do I become an Expert?

You simply complete the Expert registration, provide the information to complete yourprofile including a bio and picture and links to your LinkedIn and X accounts.

You also pay your Registration Fee and set up a calendar and link Stripe to your bank account in order to receive payments. Detailed instructions are provided, and it is a simple process.

We will review your information to be sure there is a fit with the mission and goals of the Studio. We post your profile and provide you with social media assets to announce that you are an Expert on the Studio.

Can anyone be an Expert on the Care Transformation Studio?

No. Only people with expertise in some aspect of the delivery of care or the business of healthcare are approved to be experts on the platform.

Experts come from all areas of the healthcare ecosystem including providers, payers, solution providers, investors, and health tech. Not everyone on the platform will be globally or nationally recognized, but the primary criterion is experience and expertise that fits a customer’s specific need.

What is the cost to be an Expert on the Studio?

The cost to register as an Expert is $195 paid annually or $19.95 paid monthly.

How do users find me on the platform?

When you register, you will select Tags that identify the areas of your expertise. Users will search by tags and over time, AI will play a significant role in matching customer needs with specific experts.

It is also important to be proactive and let people know that you are an Expert on the Care Transformation Studio. Use LinkedIn and your other social media platforms to let people know that you are on the Studio.

Put a “Schedule Time with Me” link to your Studio profile on your email signature block, LinkedIn, etc. We will promote you but do not hesitate to promote yourself as an Expert on the Studio.

Who sets the fees for my services?

You set the fees that you charge.

How much of the fee that I charge do I receive?

A Stripe Fee and Platform Fee are deducted.

The Stripe Fee generally is 2.9% of the Fee plus $ .30 for processing the payment. We deduct the Stripe Fee leaving a Net Fee. The Platform Fee is 7.5% of the Net Fee and you receive 92.5% of the Net Fee.

How soon after I do a Brief Consult or Interim or Fractional Engagement do I get paid?

Our standard is to pay you within 5 business days following a scheduled Brief Consult, but our goal is to pay you immediately following the consult. For Interim and Fractional Engagements, the payment terms will be specified in the agreement for the particularengagement.

What happens if a customer wants to directly engage me for consults, training programs, interim or fractional engagements, or fulltime employment outside the platform?

When you and the Customer register, you both agree that for a period of 12 months following your initial consult, that you will not directly engage with the Customer.

We will release you from this restriction on directly engaging for consultations, interim or fractional engagements, or fulltime employment with the payment of a one-time fee of $10,000.

Do users rate Experts?

Yes, users are asked to rate Experts following Brief Consults as well as at the end ofinterim or fractional engagements.

How do I get added to one of the Expert Panels on the platform?

Simple reach out to the Studio at support@caretransformation.studio and you will be vetted for a panel listing.

Can I promote myself as an Expert on the Care Transformation Studio?

Yes, we encourage you to promote yourself as an Expert on the Studio, and we will provide you with a kit to support your promotion. Use LinkedIn and your other social media platforms to let people konw that you are on the Studio.

Put a "Schedule Time with Me" link to your Studio profile on your email signature block, LinkedIN, etc. We will promote you, but we also encourage you to promote yourself.
