Are Experts on Care Transformation Studio vetted?
The Care Transformation Studio employs a multi-tiered vetting process for Experts on our platform. This ensures quality and relevance across various levels of expertise. For more information on our vetting process, read here.
How do I schedule an Expert’s time for a consult?
Go to the Expert’s profile and click the button, “Schedule a Consult”.

You select the amount of time you need and then will be directed to the Expert’s calendar where you will select a specific time slot. The consult will be added to the Expert’s calendar and your calendar.

Finally, you pay for the time using a credit card and complete a brief form providing information about you and what you want to discuss. When you click to finalize the scheduling, like all online purchases, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions for the consult.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel and receive a full refund up until 5 days before the scheduled start of a consult.
What are the payment options for paying Experts?
For consults and learning events, you pay with a credit card online when you schedule.

For Interim and fractional engagements, you will have the option of paying by credit card, bank transfer, or receive an invoice.
What happens if I am late or unable to make a consult?
Unless you have canceled at least 5 days before the scheduled time, no refund will be provided if you do not show for a consult. Experts are asked to remain in the session for 10 minutes and after that may leave and they will receive the full fee for the consult.
