Brandon Oliver is a healthcare executive leading the growth and delivery of risk-based care models for high-acuity and vulnerable populations across the US. He had direct P&L responsibility across three lines of business and approximately $80 million of revenue.
As COO, Brandon built and led a team of empowered, senior executives in the delivery of inhome primary and proactive care to 20,000 patients in partnership with 17 healthplans and health systems.
Under his leadership during the Covid period, Brandon transformed Emcara Health to continue to provide uninterrupted patient care via telehealth, while delivering clinical outcomes success and total cost of care reductions in each of the last three years. By recruiting and empowering his executive leadership team, Brandon focuses on driving commercial and operational growth by leveraging clinical innovations that are redefining healthcare. Under Brandon’s leadership, revenue was maintained in the first two years, set to grow 36% in 2023, and product margins have grown 10%.
Prior to Emcara Health, Brandon was an executive leader with Tivity Health (formerly Healthways) in corporate development and as Chief of Staff to the CEO and CFO. At Tivity, he led buy and sell side transactions, transition services, and large-scale restructuring initiatives.
Before Tivity Health, Brandon spent more than 15 years in professional services as a procurement, business process outsourcing, and supply chain consultant with Procurian (Accenture), North Highland Consulting, and Harrah’s Entertainment (Caesars). Brandon holds an MBA and BBA in international business from the Fogelman College of Business at the University of Memphis. Brandon is active in the community and gives back in service of various philanthropic boards and is currently an advisor to Mercy Community Healthcare and previously served as a volunteer Commissioner on the City of Brentwood Planning Commission.
